I Thirst
03:37
|
|||
I THIRST
Here I am – in front of you
Nailed to this wooden cross
The son of God - Sentenced to death
By the law of the man
Father, forgive them
For they know not what they do
Father, forgive them
For they know not what they do
My own death is a new life
A remedy to the Adam’s transgression
The divine must be killed
To raise the human grace
I thirst
I thirst
I thirst
I thirst
My God, why have you forsaken me ?
It is - It is finished
Father, into thy hands
I committ my spirit

Blowing from a Gun
03:31
|
|||
I’m tied - I’m tied to a gun
In some minutes I will blow away
My head will go straight up into the air
My body will be destroyed in thousand pieces
I feel so upset
Am I living
A sort of nightmare?
It is so unreal
And yet so true
That dark feeling
So desperately near
That cold shiver
At the Nawab’s sign
I can – I can hardly understand
The stories around the Devil’s wind
I feel – I can only feel
Sorrow – for those about to die
The thick cloud of smoke
Will issue
From the muzzles
Of the cannon
The smell of the flesh
Will pervade the air
That pungent odour of blood
And burnt human flesh
Will it be flavored
By our ripped souls?

Sad Days in Alcolu
03:36
|
|||
Tonight
My boy will die
By electric chair
My God!
He’s only fourteen years old!
When all
We came to find
The missing girls
We couldn’t even imagine
What was about to be
The day George Burke found them in that soggy ditch
I felt so bad and very sad
The two little girls so brutally murdered
And their killer - still out there
A hole in Mary Emma’s skull
Two inch-long cut above her eyebrow
Seven blows on Betty June’s head
A skull nothing but a mass of crushed bones
We’re living sad days in Alcolu
We’re living sad days in Alcolu
Sad days in Alcolu
We’re living sad days in Alcolu
Sad days
In Alcolu
Sad days
The day
He was arrested
and accused
The entire world –
collapsed under my feet!
And when
He confessed
All his crimes
A sort of dizziness
Invaded me
From that night I couldn’t sleep nor think
I feel so drained, tired and powerless
All this sounds
Absurd to me!
Oh my Lord,
What’s your purpose?
Now that you son are going to pass away
And the chair will leave you dead and mouth foaming
I will pray for your soul
I’ll try to pray for yout soul!
We’re living sad days in Alcolu
We’re living sad days in Alcolu
Sad days in Alcolu
We’re living sad days in Alcolu
Sad days
In Alcolu
Sad days

Death by a Thousand Cuts
05:05
|
|||
I’m here in Caishikou
The execution field in Beijing
And I’m going to attend
An execution by lingchi
The convict is taken to the post
He is a thin young man
They’re tying him by a rope
And by his polytail
He’s still immune of all wounds,
But his gruesome journey has just begun
A pale grin across his face
An otherworldly plastered smile
Through the stage of lingchi
Through what you can only imagine
A transfigured phantom
Looking to the sky
The Chief executor starts
untying Convict's arms,
in order
to carve them
The executioner's blade
Slowly enters into the convict's left knee
The victim’s face seems "extatic"
His hair "risen"
Limbs have cut off one at time
Large chunks of skin are removed from the chest
Working on the right leg
Desarticulating it at knee level
Next to the final step
The executioner raises his knife
And stabs the convict
To the heart

The Outsider
03:42
|
|||
The sentence
From the judge
Is arrived
Capital death by Guillotine
The fact
That the sentence
Had been read out
At eight o’clock
Rather than at five o’clock
And the fact that it might have been
Completely different
And that it had been decided
Upon by men
Who change their underwear
And that it had been credited
To so vague an entity
As the French
(Or German, or Chinese) people
All these things
Really seemed to detract
Considerably
From the seriousness
Of such a decision
I opened myself
To the gentle indifference
Of the world
I had only a little time left
And I didn't want to waste it on God
I didn't want to waste it on God
I didn't want to waste it on God
I didn't want to waste it on God
I didn't want to waste it on God
If something is going to happen to me
I want to be there
I want to be there
I want to be there
I want to be there
I want to be there
I want to be there
I want to be there
I want to be there
I want to be there
Be there

Limerick Man
03:30
|
|||
Michael was found guilty
Of the rape and murder of a nurse
Sister Katie Cooper
Aged 64
Walking back
To the hospital
On the Dublin road
She was attacked
Raped and killed
By the blind drunk man
No insanity
As claimed the defense
The clods of grass in her mouth
Discarded the argument
Sentenced to death
Despite the fact
His young wife
Was expecting a child
Sentenced to death
Despite the fact
The victim’s family
Had petioned to court
Farewell, Limerick man
You pay your moment of blackness
Farewell, Limerick man
Farewell, Limerick man
Farewell, Limerick man
You pay your moment of blackness
Farewell, Limerick man
Farewell, Limerick man
Sentenced to death
Despite the fact
The victim’s family
Had petioned to court
Sentenced to death
Despite the fact
His young wife
Was expecting a child

Bloody Babs
04:03
|
|||
What do you know to fight for a better life?
Fighting tooth and nail?
I can only see contempt on your empty faces
You like peeking through the keyhole
Bad-mouthing with your hair done
Nothing bad but stay away from me
I’d like you to be here in my place
Just to see if you’re afraid to die
Desperation is a familiar word to me
On the edge, knowing not what to do
Good people are always so sure they’re right
For you that know all my mistakes by heart
Tomorrow will be just another day
You, good people, are always so sure you’re right
I’m here, lost in in this holding cell
Praying with a Father I’ve never met
Why all these delays? Why do they torture me like this?
The phone is ringing and ringing again
Now they say me it’s time to go
And I realize, now I realize it’s over
I’d like to wear a blindfold
I don’t want to have to look at people
Desperation is a familiar word to me
On the edge, knowing not what to do
Good people are always so sure they’re right
Good people are always so sure they’re right

Here where the seagulls glide
Winging across the foam
Here, where the brave ships ride
Here would I make my home
A tumble-down nook by the sea
With someone that I can love
And who loves me
Happy as the winds are free
In my dear little tumble-down nook by the sea
Here, here on a shell-strewn shore
Here would I find my rest
Dreaming for evermore
With one I love the best
With one will be so dear to me
With one – By the sea
A tumble-down nook by the sea
With someone that I can love
And who loves me
Happy as the winds are free
In my dear little tumble-down nook by the sea
Here, here on a shell-strewn shore
Here would I find my rest
Dreaming for evermore
Here where the seagulls glide
Winging across the foam
Here, where the brave ships ride
Here would I make my home

The End is Near
03:50
|
|||
The end of the world is near
and I - the enlighted one
I will lead you, my followers,
To survive the Apocalypse
We of the Supreme Truth know
The U.S. will hasten the Armageddon
By starting World War III
With the Japanese forces
The predicted war
Will start in November 1995
Poison gas attacks
Continue since 1988
We are sprayed by helicopters
And other aircraft wherever we go
The use of poison gases - such as sarin -
Were clearly indicated
The hour of my death
Has been foretold
The gas phenomenon
Has already happened
The nuclear bomb
The nuclear bomb will come next
In 1997
In 1997, Armageddon will break out
In order to prevent these atrocities
Before, before it’s too late
It’s time to react
Death to the blackhearted aristocrats
Our team is now capable to produce
Thousands kilograms of sarin a year
One can kill another – One can kill
Another human being
Who continues to committ
Evil deeds
And is thus destined to go to hell
And is thus destined to go to hell
And is thus destined to go to hell

To the Core
05:03
|
|||
A wiseman said the man is born free
And everywhere he is in chains
To the core
To the core
To the core
To the core
Narrow mountain valleys are on my way
Sorrounded by high mountains on both sides
I’m trying to get across’em in heavy rain
But watch your step, man, the ground’s so slippery
To the core
To the core
To the core
To the core
To the core
To the core
To the core
To the core
I’m trying to get across life in heavy rain
But watch your step, man, the ground’s so slippery
Do you know the story of John Babbacombe Lee
the man who survived three attempts at hanging him?
